What We Do
We are a coral farm that works with reef restoration projects around the globe, by sending captive grown corals that can withstand higher water temperatures caused by global warming. Our corals go to reef restoration projects to be replanted back on the reefs, ensuring our reefs future and all the inhabitants that call it home.

Growing Heat Resistant Corals
We acquire our corals from reef aquarium hobbyists who have had the corals for over a decade or know they received a fragment of coral from another hobbyist who had their colony for years. From there, the corals are put through a series of heat tests to see if they can withstand the current temperature threshold that wild corals bleach at. Once the coral frags have showed no signs of bleaching, they are propagated and then shipped out to reef restoration projects where they originally came from.

Why Help Us vs. Local Restoration Projects?
Reef Restoration projects around the globe are doing phenomenal work restoring the reefs. Whether it's farms in the ocean or using land based aquaculture facilities to grow coral. The issue is that there are limited resources and space to this. Corals take time to grow and in order to make a huge impact, acres of space are needed to grow coral. We compliment the work the restoration projects do by growing additional colonies on land. The average reef restoration project replants an area the size of a football field a year. To give context, the Great Barrier Reef is roughly the size of Italy. Heat resilient corals need to be grown on a large scale to make the impact needed before many fish species are lost.
