Help Us Send 1Million Heat Tolerant Corals Back To The Reefs in 2025

BUILDING RESILIENCE, RESTORING REEFS

Coral reefs are one of the most diverse and important ecosystems on the planet, providing habitat for countless marine species and coastlines from storms and erosion. Unfortunately, coral reefs around the world are facing unprecedented threats from climate change, overfishing, and pollution. Restoring these vital ecosystems is crucial for the health of our oceans and the communities that depend on them. By supporting Replant the Reefs conservation efforts and reducing our impact on the environment, we can help ensure a brighter future for coral reefs and the many species that call them home.

Replant the Reefs is a coral farm in the USA that grows heat tolerant corals that can survive the increasing water temperatures. We have sourced our corals from hobbyists in the reef aquarium industry and after testing to confirm these can withstand higher water temperatures, we then ship these back to reef restoration projects to be put back on the reefs.

These photos were taken in early 2024 on the Great Barrier Reef. The brown spots is where algae has grown over the dead coral.
